Step 1. Swith off you phoneStep 2. Press volume up button hold, press home button hold, press power button hold
Than it will open a Android system recovery terminal
-use volume up button to move up-use volume down button to move down-use home button to select
Step 3. Move down and select wipe data/factory reset and than move down and select Yes -- delete all user Step 4. Than select reboot system now.
Warning: wipe data/factory reset will loss all data saved in phone memory
